Ready, Set, Sail! The beautiful communities of Osprey and Sea Ridge are located just north of the Duck Research Pier in Duck, NC. The rolling open dunes of these two peaceful oceanside communities offer beautiful ocean to sound views. Every home in these communities boasts breathtaking views of either the Atlantic Ocean or Currituck Sound
Guests of Osprey and Sea Ridge share a community pool‚ soundside sailing facility‚ and sound access. Parking for the soundside facilities is located directly across Duck Road from the communities‚ and is limited to loading and unloading. Guests may launch small non-motorized boats and sailing crafts at no charge. Only guests in homes with a pool icon or community pool listed in the house amenities have access to the pool. Community pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.
Osprey and Sea Ridge are located just a short bike ride or a long walk from the Waterfront Shops and restaurants in Duck. The town of Duck offers something for everyone. From surf shops to unique boutiques and fine dining to legendary BBQ, there's something for everyone. Eat dinner at The Blue Point, while watching the sunset over the Currituck sound.
With Osprey and Sea Ridge's soundfront access, you can launch your boat and head south for a meal at the soundfront Sunset Grille. With plenty of dock space, you'll be able to pull up and park your boat right in front.
