Come and relax in this oceanside house in South Nags Head at milepost 20.5. You only have to stroll about 400 feet to be able to mark your spot on beach to catch some rays. The house is set up perfectly for your family vacation with a wonderful yard and the quiet scenery of being close to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.

Wake up to watch the sunrise as you sit on the east-facing deck with your first cup of coffee. In the evening, look west for stunning sunset panoramas. The garage area offers plenty of space to store your gear and has seating where you can enjoy an afternoon lunch before heading back to the beach.

Sheets and towels are provided year-round on full-week, full-price reservations.

This home includes credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 6th and October 19th, 2024 (7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!

Overall

The location of this home was phenomenal and it was well furnished in the bedrooms kitchen and living area. Amenities were appropriate and useful. In general the home was great for our stay but could use a little TLC.

This house worked perfect for our family of 4. The house was nicely furnished and had a great selection of items in the kitchen. The walk to the beach was nice and easy. The upstairs bathroom is very small almost child size. We did have a massive ant problem while we were there but the realty company took care of it.

Overall

We had such a wonderful time. This was our second time in this house. I love the location and the size is perfect for us. We spent a lot of time on the porch so it would have been nice to have some porch furniture. The internet is older and service upstairs was not the best but this kitchen was surprisingly well stocked! We loved the updates that have been done!

Location was great - right next to the beach close to restaurants stores and parks. House was fully stocked with supplies we needed and the beds and sofa were really comfortable.

This was a really nice house. I wish it had 1 more bathroom and it would be just about perfect. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The laundry area was a bit awkward but I didn’t have to do a lot of laundry so it wasn’t a big deal. The upstairs shower was tiny (and I am not a big person) but we made it work. Lowering some of the bedroom mirrors would be helpful for shorter guests and including another dish towel and dish cloths with the towels and linens would be helpful.
