Sunny Home is a peaceful Outer Banks vacation rental located at milepost 20.5 in beautiful South Nags Head. Enjoy ocean views, a quiet street, and a convenient 11-mile bike path. Start your day by watching the sunrise over the ocean from the east-facing deck before relaxing on the pristine beach, which is just 200 feet away. Two miles north is the Outer Banks Fishing Pier, sure to be a favorite spot for the fishers in the group. The fish cleaning table under the house makes it easy to prep your catch for dinner.

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals. No pets, please.

Mid level: 3 queen bedrooms with TVs, bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 full shared baths, washer/dryer.

Overall

We loved this house, it was the perfect fit for our family. The location to the beach was a simple short walk. Plenty of living space, bedrooms were decent size and the kitchen was well stocked. My husband appreciated the nice Weber grill, it was used almost every evening . We will definitely be back!

We loved the location of this home great views of the ocean. It was a very clean and comfortable house. Had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked to cook a good meal. The upper deck is a perfect place to sit and loved having screened room to eat breakfast in.

Over all this was a nice home with great beach access too. The owners seem to maintain the house well and it is set-up nicely. The kitchen was a really nice set-up overall. Overall the bedding and living spaces were comfortable.

It was a great house and we plan to be back. Unfortunately no room in the inn for the next 6 months. Everything in teh kitchen was there but organization could be better. We had no issues with beds and couches. A hot tub would be nice. Otherwise very well equipped.

The home was well stocked and had ample room for our family. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The WiFi was the only major issue. 5G is necessary for the teleworking climate.
