Luckie Tides offers modern furnishings, top-of-the-line electronics, luxury vinyl tile, TVs in all bedrooms and more. One of our favorites, the wraparound porch, a feature rarely found in a house this size, has ceiling fans and deck furniture, making it the optimal spot to host your family's seafood feasts. We’d be remiss to leave out mention of the dune top deck, one of the last remaining in Kitty Hawk, offering front row seats to panoramic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Luckie Tides is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience and enjoy the transformation into a stylish, modernized version of the classic Outer Banks beach cottage that made our beaches so famous.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Please note there is an easement that grants occupants of neighboring properties beach access in the space between Luckie Tides and the house immediately to the north.

Top Level: Screened-in wrap-around porch leading out to dune top oceanfront deck with gated beach access. Open living area with flat screen Smart TV, connected to kitchen and dining areas, all with direct deck access. We have been vacationing in Kitty Hawk 25 years. Always a home on the ocean. This is the best home yet and our 3rd year here. Comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Loved the dune deck and screened porch. Great that it is pet friendly. Easy access to the beach which is not crowded in front of this home. Great location overall

Great location. Kitty Hawk is always very convenient. Everything was great here! Everything was updated; outstanding beach access; great kitchen and updated bathrooms; washer and dryer worked well. Beds, sofas, and chairs could have been better, but are acceptable for a beach rental. Already booked for next year!

We loved our stay here! Modern, clean, and cozy. The size was perfect for us as a couple. It is close to stores and restaurants and there is plenty of space on the beach! The walkway to the beach was nice and long. The beds were uncomfortable for my husband's back, but the sofa was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean!

This home was perfect for our family to enjoy a wonderful stay at the beach.We loved the wrap around screen porch and the dune deck. We loved the fact that this property is pet friendly, which allows us to bring our whole family to the beach for a relaxing vacation! Our dog really enjoyed the porch and going out to dune deck to watch the birds and the ocean waves. All beds are comfy and decorated so wonderful. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to make our stay awesome. This home is located on the beach!! It's also located to several places we enjoy going to for lunch and dinner.

Great home for 2-4 people. Convenient to shops and restaurants, grocery. Located on a busy road, but close to side road to be able to walk. We enjoyed the screened in porch and deck walkway the most!

We adore this house and have stayed in it multiple times! It has the best Dune Deck in Kitty Hawk!! We will continue to come back yearly. Love that it's pet friendly as well. This home is fully stocked with everything a person needs. Everything was really comfortable in the living and bedding spaces. The kitchen was also fully stocked and had everything we needed.

Location was easy to find, close to a few good restaurants but a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Nags Head. Lucky Tides was nearly perfect for our family of four with 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and dogs! The inside was beautiful, and we had just enough space. The couch was a little tight, but thankfully we did not spend too much time inside. The screened in porch was also amazing for the rainy days, or evenings to keep away from the bugs, feeding the dogs, or playing some games at the table. The decking to the beach of course made getting to/from the beach simple, and even had a water spout mid-way for washing off your sandy feet. I appreciated the hooks all over the bathrooms, and the old beach photos hanging in the hallway (I don't know if they were actually family photos, but we loved looking at them!). I could have stayed here forever!

We love this house - this was our 3rd year staying! You can't get any better location than here. We love the newly remodeled look, the screened in porch and the walkway to the ocean - can't get any better! The kitchen had everything we needed! We only used the king bed and it's comfortable!

I loved the fact that this has the feel of a "Nagshead" cottage with an updated flair that made it the most adorable place to stay. The deck at this property makes it all the more attractive. The kitchen had every single thing that we needed or could have used. There was more than enough room in all of the bedrooms for our group which included two children. I paid for linen service and I must say that all linens were ready and the towels were on site when we arrived.

This house is wonderful and is the perfect size for our family. Home has everything you need.! The kitchen is updated and includes everything you need to prepare meals. The beds and sofa are comfortable. We had to do some clean up after the storm but it was all worth it. We would like to thank the Sun Realty Team for their quick response to an issue we had during our stay. Disappointed that the dates we stay at Luckie Tides are already booked for next year.

Hands down the best dune deck on the beach! Cute house with great amenities and a perfect location for some great food options when we decide not to cook. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at the house. It is the perfect size for myself my spouse and our fur baby with plenty of room to spare. We visit 2x/year and book this home because it is so well maintained. You can tell the homeowners take great pride in their little piece of paradise on the beach!!!

Great house on the beach- the screened porch was a great place to relax! The beds were great! The mermaid mugs are not dishwasher or microwave safe- I hand washed but would be nice to have mugs that can go into the dishwasher and microwave.

The kitchen was fabulous. All beds are comfy. This house is great however there is a concern with all of the traffic of people entering and exiting right beside the house. It is NOT a public access which is one of the many reasons we love this home. There needs to be a private property no public access sign posted and the fence needs to be repaired to stop this from happening. We pay to NOT be directly beside a public access but with no signs to stay out and the fence not repaired this is now a public access

This is a great house in the prefect location. Have stayed here multiple times and have already deposited for next summer same week. Basically the amenities for the home are perfect. The only improvement would be a hot tub or pool. I don’t think that is possible with the size and location of the property. Sofa is very comfortable . I would rate the beds a 4 out of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Overall great house with a nice walkout to the sun deck then to the beach! Loved it all. While we tend to cook more with a gas range/stove this kitchen was great. No real need for anything else. Mattresses could use updating and sofa cushions could be replaced for more comfort. Very nice for us as a couple for the week. Might be a tad tight quarters for 4+ adults and kids. Access to everything else we wanted to do in the area. We were happy in the big scheme of things.

This is a very nice cottage on the oceanfront. The beds and sofas were fine. If you don't know how a Roku TV works good luck watching something you like. There needs to be some written instructions on how the Roku TV operates. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay except the frig was not equipped to make ice. We had to buy ice by the bag this was the first time I have every seen a frig that could not make ice no ice maker or ice trays.
