Overall

I would stay at this house in the future. The private beach access was great and the house was close to everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. Softer mattresses on the beds would be great. Mattresses were hard and not comfortable (for my preference).

This was a wonderful home! It has everything that we needed, a great screened porch, and outdoor porch. The house was beautifully decorated and had a great layout for our needs with two small children. The kitchen had everything we needed! All bedding and seating was great! The location was perfect for running out to the ocean, but also for shopping or getting food.

Third year staying at Sunny Daze! Really love this fully equipped home! So happy to see linens and towels added this year. The beds are squeaky, but otherwise comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The newly added tote with dish soap and paper towels was a nice touch this time! Easily accessible location. Public beach access several houses down so if you get there before the house is ready, you can set up right in front of the house until its ready!!

This house is comfortable. It felt homey away from home! The kitchen was well equipped. We did not cook there but we used the fridge and microwave. The beds and sofas were comfy. One bed squeaks badly but I was told it was comfy. I even claimed one of the living room chairs as mine for the week!

Great location and love that it is a ranch. Kitchen is great. Beddind and living space is great - note that there is a sleeper sofa twin- but since we stayed here in the past I brought sheets.

We just stayed a week with 5 adults and a three year old. The house was perfect for us and decorated so cutely!!! Everything was clean. We loved the deck and the big chairs on the deck. We enjoyed the outside shower. It was neat to sit on the couch or at the dining table and see the ocean. We would definitely rent this cottage again. I thought it would be a great place for my husband and me to go in the fall and have the windows up and hear the ocean. It would be nice to have more silverware in the kitchen. The dune to the beach was challenging especially in the hot sun but we persevered.
