If you love the sound of the ocean, the feel of sand between your toes, and seeing gorgeous sunrises, then Sun and Sand 2 is for you! Sit on the deck while looking for dolphins playing or just enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing onto the shoreline. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils where you can make your favorite meals.

Sun and Sand 2 is a duplex and can be rented separately or together with 330-A Sun and Sand for a total of 6 bedrooms. There are connecting doors with locks on each side.

Enjoy panoramic views from the private decks with porch furniture and built-in seating. This home is pet friendly with a 2 dog limit and features a park grill, foot wash, and outside shower. For your convenience, towels and bed linens are provided and as a bonus, the beds will be made. When you vacation at Sun and Sand 2 you will be near many local restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions that this section of the Outer Banks has to offer.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants we frequent. The beach is just steps away AND dog friendly! Easy access to beach. Great deck! The deck was great with the auto locking gate. Worry free with a small dog.. Good job with flooring, couches, nice tv, and layout. l loved the living area, very cozy. Need storage for clothes somehow in the bedrooms, but the beds are comfy. They were better than most we've stayed in, great for us! LOVED the large wooden dining table and it being open to living room.

It's all about location and this place has it! The best part of this home was location. It is on the beach, all on one floor, nice deck with chairs, has stores, restaurants, and many things to do nearby. Again, being on the beach was awesome so it was all about location for us. The kitchen was well equipped, even had a Keurig. Some storage space for supplies would be nice. Beds comfortable as were the living areas. The washer /dryer were broken for our entire stay or I'd have given it 5 stars.

Wonderful location, convenient to shops, restaurants and activities! Many that were within walking distance. The ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night and the most beautiful sunrises awoke us each morning! Great house, it met all our needs. All good in kitchen, cabinets not overwhelmed, we had room for our groceries! Housekeeping replaced the toaster; the element had burned out on one side. Living area had ample comfortable seating. The twin bed comfort awesome, queen mattresses not as comfortable, but not an issue. The children were able to go over the dune and be right on beach. There was a perfect amount of comfortable deck chairs to relax and read and enjoy morning and evening beverages and the ocean. We did not bring pets and am happy to say even though it was pet friendly, we didn't even notice!

Great house. Loved the extra perk of sheets and towels and the beds made when we arrived. Great views and beach access. Excellent kitchen. The most well equipped of any house we have rented. Excellent bedding and living space.

The house was exactly what I expected and I would stay here again. It's not a luxurious house by any means things are a little bit dated in the kitchen and the bedrooms aren't too big. But it has everything a small family really needs and the location and beach access are impossible to beat.

We had a really good time. The location next to the beach was just what we hoped for. We noticed lots of recent upgrades. Kitchen was very well equipped. Internet and cable was great. Beds comfortable. Liked the exterior chairs. Windows and screen doors couldn’t handle wind very well. Maintenance guy was great.
