Guests also have access to the north side garage for extra storage (please note the south side garage is NOT for guest use). FOR 2025: a game room will be added in this area!
Easily drop your paddleboard into the sound via the new, private sound access. Enjoy outdoor play in the large, flat soundfront yard with picnic table and swing set. Coming in 2025: a fire pit and chairs for enjoying cool evenings by the sound. Easy water sports access via your private landing dock with stairs to the water.
