About Me
Hi, I’m Schuylar Estes, the Rental Manager at Sun Realty’s Duck office. I joined the Sun Realty team in 2020 as a Maintenance Coordinator during the bustling summer season. After that exciting start, I moved to our Corolla office, where I served as a Personal Coordinator and eventually worked my way up to Assistant Rental Manager. In December 2023, I was honored to accept the position of Rental Manager for the Duck office.

I’ve always had a deep appreciation for Duck—a peaceful, picturesque town with its charming local restaurants, beautiful beaches, and unique shops. The quaint atmosphere makes Duck the perfect coastal retreat, and I’m proud to help guests and homeowners experience all it has to offer.

Local Knowledge & Expertise
Growing up in Augusta County, Virginia, I developed a love for both the mountains and the coast. I made the Outer Banks my permanent home in 2018, drawn by its natural beauty and vibrant community. While I enjoy visiting family in the Shenandoah Valley, the OBX holds my heart. Whether it’s recommending a hidden gem for dinner or helping you find the best spot to watch the sunrise, I’m here to ensure your stay is unforgettable.
