Sea Breeze in Avon is the perfect getaway for your next small family Outer Banks vacation. This quaint, pet-friendly Hatteras Island home features plenty of outside seating on the screened porch and sundeck. Take in the ocean views from the crow's nest and relax the day away. Enjoy access to the Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility located behind our Avon office.

Spend your morning sipping coffee and listening to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Shopping, restaurants and the Avon Pier are easy to get to from the multi-use path along Highway 12. Community beach access is a short 275 feet away. The ground level decking under the house makes unloading quick and easy.

Walking distance to GREAT beach and fishing! This house was EXTREMELY clean....The kitchen was great. All beds clean and very nice mattresses!

This home had what we needed! It was close to beach and shops and restaurants. The bedding and living was fairly comfortable and the kitchen was complete.

We loved the location of the home. It's close to the beach which was great when we were tired after a full day of swimming. Loved it! It was also close to the bagel shop! The AC worked well and kept the house comfortable even when it was in the 90's. The kitchen had everything we needed and the equipment was in good condition. It was well equipped, well stocked with cooking supplies and kitchen appliances. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, maybe a topper on them would help? The living room furniture was comfortable. Couch was very comfy. We stayed at the end of the season so some of the broken items such as the living room chair and lights in the master bath are not unusual and didn't affect our stay. We rent a place each year and usually choose a different place but we will look at renting this place again.

Overall

This was a great house! The kitchen was very well equipped! Beds were comfortable the living room furniture had some stains which we were made aware of before arrival and we appreciated that they sent someone out to have those cleaned!

fishing trip with the guys

Overall

Overall it was just fine for a fishing trip with the guys. We'd stay there again. Needs an extra 25' of water hose. Really need to extend that to wash off trucks. Luckily we carried a spare hose.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. So close to the beach. Perfect size for a small family.
