Town of Duck 7th Annual 4th of July Parade

July 4, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., with a community social following at the Duck Town Park featuring music by Ruth Wyand and Friends, refreshments, the awarding of parade trophies, and a very special "Event of a Lifetime".

The one-mile parade route begins at the crest of the hill on Scarborough Lane going eastward, continues down Ocean Way, and then turns onto Christopher Drive. No part of the parade is on Duck Road (SR 12). Please plan to come early to get the best parade viewing spot.

Corolla 4th of July Celebration

July 4, 2011 5:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Currituck Heritage Park in Corolla

Rodanthe Independence Day Celebration

July 4, 2011 2 p.m at the Rodanthe-Waves-Salvo Community Building, 23186 Myrna Peters Dr., Rodanthe, NC.
