Outer Banks Pirate Festival – 11:30am - 1pm - Catch the Outer Banks pirate crew at Big Al's in Manteo 3pm - 5pm - Pirate Invasion at Roanoke Island Festival Park 5pm - 7:30pm - Outer Banks Pirates pillage at Festival Park - Families and kids will be able to climb on the Kitty Hawk Kites Rock Wall, make kites, get their faces painted, interact with Pirates all for FREE! Music and Food will also be provided by Pamlico Jack's. 7:30pm - Pirate Movie Night - Enjoy a beautiful evening at the Roanoke Island Festival Park as you watch "Pirates of the Caribbean" on the outdoor inflatable movie screen provided by Kitty Hawk Kites.
