The Outer Banks Relief Foundation and Sun Realty are celebrating Christmas in July. Stop by any of our seven Sun Realty offices and see our employees sporting their red noses from July 9, 10 and 11. Donation jars will be available in the rental offices. Make a donation of any size and receive your own red nose. The Outer Banks Relief Foundation raises funds to help local residents burdened with financial difficulties due to a debilitating disease or illness, or a personal tragedy or crisis with themselves or a family member. Since its inception in 2004, the Outer Banks Relief Foundation has provided over $300,000 to community members in need. OBRF works closely with other charitable and helping organizations here in the Outer Banks community, in order to coordinate support and services to the needy, to not duplicate charitable efforts, and to maximize collective resources as much as possible, particularly in these challenging economic times.
