Now this is some good stuff! Give it a whirl while vacationing on the Outer Banks or just enjoy a taste of the OBX at home.
You'll need:
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat
- 1 cup macaroni sea shells, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcheshire sauce
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
Directions:
- Stir cream cheese until soft
- Add Worcheshire sauce, sherry, Old Bay and horseradish
- Blend until smooth, then fold into crabmeat, macaroni and celery
- Serve with fresh veggies
