Comfortable furnishings welcome you inside with a living area and open kitchen perfect for cooking up the day’s catch. Visitors come to the Outer Banks to enjoy the outdoors and Sea and Sand wants you to enjoy the sights we have to offer all day long. Featuring a screened in porch with a ceiling fan you can enjoy a family meal on the custom-made picnic table with room for everybody while taking in the fabulous island sunsets. Stay cool with the central air and heat, and relax with the provided entertainment including WiFi, 4 TVs, full Cable Package and DVD player. The kitchen features plenty of light and a breakfast bar for quick morning bowls of cereal or family snacks. The dishwasher makes easy work of cleaning up after a family dinner and a washer and dryer are provided on the ground level for keeping beach towels and bathing suits clean throughout the week.

Located in Kitty Hawk around milepost 4, Sea and Sand cottage is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and Outer Banks activities including the Wright Brother's Memorial, Avalon and Kitty Hawk Fishing Piers as well as Jockey’s Ridge State Park. Private pool (apx 14'x30) is available from 5/4/24 - 10/26/24. Pool heat can be added for an additional $400.
