You will need to cross Rt.12 (the beach road) to reach the beach. This makes for just a short walk to get your toes in the sand! After a fun-filled beach day, you will be sure to cherish stunning ocean views from the spacious decking with deck furniture. The convenient location of this quaint home will bring the family back year after year to capture more amazing Outer Banks memories.

Perfect sized house for a small family

Overall

Perfect house for a small family, everything was clean and a very well stocked house. Beds were comfortable, and a very nice location for seeing the ocean and walking across the street to be on the beach. Only real thing i wish it had was gutters on the side, when it rains it comes down right on the entry door walkway. Definitely will be looking to book this one again for our next trip down. Sun reality was great to work with and very responsive on any questions we had.

House location was great. Easy beach access and near restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the ease to beach and being in a quiet area the most. Nice deck! This home has everything you need, just needs updates throughout home. Nice size rooms, bathrooms are old and need major updates - but they work.

We enjoyed our time here and the pool table kept everyone busy! The kitchen had everything we needed. All beds and sofas were comfy. Plus a super convenient location and nice views! Easy beach access too.

The house was really nice there are a few things that need attention. Would have been nicer if the property were keyless entry. The house needs new locks these were rusty and hard to open. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Loved the griddle for when the kids decided they wanted pancakes. The bed in the master bedroom seemed to be the double and the Queen was in the other which seemed odd. The bed in the master was noisy and it seemed we would go into the middle. That being said it wasn't to hard or to soft. We loved the pool and fooseball tables.

The living space and bedding was wonderful. The kitchen was nice could use a few more drinking cups. I liked that there were 2 refrigerators one in the kitchen and one down stairs. Loved the house hope to get it next year!
