Sun Realty was established in 1980, with humble beginnings in a small building at the site of the current Kill Devil Hills office. Since then, through the loyal support of our guests, property owners and clients, our company has grown to 6 locations spanning the entire Outer Banks. We now represent one of the largest selections and varieties of Outer Banks vacation rentals. Over 18,000 families choose to vacation with us every year!
