On January 30th 2010, Outer Banks residents woke up to anywhere bewtween 2-5 inches of snow. What a treat considering OBX folks rarely get to experience the snow! This weekend, The Weather Channel is calling for another 2-4 inches to fall on the Outer Banks!
You are here
The wonders of the ocean never cease to amaze me...
The beauty is undeniable, the serenity is irreplaceable, and the memories are unforgettable. The next time you visit the Outer Banks, go for a romantic stroll on the beach in the evening. Take in the cool, sea air. Listen to the waves breaking gently along the shore.
Sun Realty would like to welcome back and honor Arlene Keys, a Sun Realty homeowner, from her recent return from Haiti. Ms. Keys and a fellow nurse, Cathi Goldfischer, are Emergency Care Center nurses from Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. The nurses spent 17 days treating hundreds of wounded Hatians after the massive earthquake. Arlene and her co-worker were welcomed back with a “welcome home” party recently by fellow nurses and colleagues as well as reporters with questions and good wishes.
Many Outer Banks fanatics are watching the snow come down and wondering when the heck spring will get here. Well, don't get down in the dumps! Your OBX vacation will be here before you know it, and this "summery" beach pic is sure to make you smile!
