Sun Services, the maintenance division for Sun Realty, celebrated 10 years of service on January 30, 2010. Sun Services provides maintenance services to the Outer Banks vacation rental properties managed by Sun Realty.
Over the course of 10 years, their highly trained, professional maintenance division has increased its services offered to Sun homeowners to include; an exclusive pool & spa service, in-house linen laundering and rentals, and heating and air conditioning repair and installation. To increase efficiency and become more environmentally friendly, electronic work orders and environmentally conscious service options were introduced in 2009.

Sun Services has a team of 32 employees who work diligently to ensure our owners & guests receive prompt service from Corolla to Hatteras Island. Licensed technicians are available for owners and guests 24/7, providing the highest level of service on the Outer Banks.
