Sun Realty is proud to be a sponsor for the 18th Annual Parade of Homes produced by the Outer Banks Home Builders Association. Opening on Thursday, October 7, 22 of Outer Banks’ finest homes will be on display for tours and visitors. This once-a-year event is the perfect way to learn about the area's builders and remodelers and get to know their styles. This year’s collection of 22 homes span Corolla to Hatteras Island, covering 121 miles of the beautiful coastline. The homes have incorporated new designs, technologies, green building methods and new product innovations and furnishings. From spacious starter homes to beautifully crafted and exquisitely decorated custom homes, the Parade of Homes has something unique to offer everyone.
Tickets are $10.00 per person and can be purchased from participating Outer Banks businesses, homes or by mail. Sun Realty will be selling tickets at our Kill Devil Hills, Corolla, Duck, Salvo and Avon locations. Tickets are valid for all four days of the event and proceeds will go to support the Outer Banks Food Pantry.
