Michael Davenport earned the prestigious Agent of the Year award by achieving the highest dollar volume in Sun Realty sales transactions for the year. Michael has been an Outer Banks real estate broker with Sun Realty for almost 27 years. This is his fourth year in a row winning the Agent of the Year award.
Michael owes his success, in part, to his administrative assistant of eight years, LeAnne Wiggins. LeAnne’s organizational and technical skills, real estate knowledge, positive attitude and attention to detail are assets that he credits with their team success.
